3 weeks later and I'm back where I started
Just awful service and communication.
They "delivered" my parcel leaving it outside in a busy area where it was unsurprisingly promptly stolen.
They took over a week to respond after I messaged regarding this failed delivery.
When I requested a refund I was sent a replacement without confirmation that I wanted this or that I'd be around to accept delivery.
This replacement was also left outside where it too was stolen.
A total of 23 days have passed since my order and although I have now been refunded the full price I am back where I started but with all the frustration and wasted time.

Awful passport photos
Awful photos. Passport photos taken in front of a big window in daylight and were printed as if I'd taken them in my windowless walk in wardrobe. They were so much darker.

I now have to return them, for free which is good, Zoey in the returns department was super helpful (Asda can thank her for the extra star)

I guess you get what you pay for! It's the same with all their products so why I expected different with their photos I don't know.

Photos arrived much quicker than…
Photos arrived much quicker than advertised

Ordered kit to send off 35mm film from disposable camera 11th April. Postage bag arrived a few days later. Sent them off thinking/preparing for it would take 4 weeks. Photos back in my hand 28th April. That includes Easter too. Very pleased with service, a shame that 14 of my photos didn't arrive, the negatives show as blank. I think that's a me problem.... didn't use the flash indoors :/ thank you Asda :)

Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad, do not use this company if you actually want your photos.

I submitted an order for photos to be printed and delivered to me on around the 1st April 2022.

On the 4th of April I received an email saying that my photos had been dispatched.

I still haven’t received them as of the 19th April. Now, I understand that items can sometimes go missing in the post.
I have now sent two emails to ASDA photos without a proper reply. Just an acknowledgement email.

This company is awful and I urge you to use another firm if you actually want your photos and don’t want to pay for absolutely nothing.

I sent off 5 x disposable cameras from my university years paid £50 March 2021. Still not received them! I have emailed several times and keep getting same generic response. I will never get these memories back.

Terrible customer service.

pathetic
sent off a roll of film to be devolped, waited over 2 weeks and was sent all blank negatives apart from one strip! i have used both the camera and the brand of film together before and never had this issue !! got partial refund absolutely heartbroken i'll never get those pictures developed now!

Nothing received and no response
Ordered photographs at the start of March, I was emailed with a delivery but 3 weeks later not had them. I have emailed 4 times but have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed from such a large company.

GREAT PHOTO MAGNETS
Ordered x7 photo magnets (6x4) which only cost £1.50 each + £2.00 delivery! You can't beat that price for something cheap and cheerful to stick on the fridge!

The photos themselves came out great, however you can notice some misalignment with the photo and the magnet itself, on about 4 of them. But as my fridge is black, this won't be noticeable ?

I ordered on Tuesday (with expected delivery to take between 5-8 working days), however they were dispatched the following day, and I recieved them on Thursday. Super fast delivery!

Would definitely buy again!!

Have ordered numerous times from here…
Have ordered numerous times from here and never had any problems, I have read reviews about people’s photos being badly cropped, but you have to go in yourself and crop them, I ordered a large print that failed to arrive by delivery date, a polite enquiry via Twitter was answered and ‘ looked in to’ I was given a new delivery date and it still failed to arrive, I contacted them again and was told yes it has definitely been posted, my photo did arrive after 2 weeks it had been held up by the courier used, I do applaud Asda for getting back to me, i am always polite in my enquiries I see no point in being rude, but it’s nice when companies take the time to acknowledge your problem .

Poor quality photos
Poor quality photos. The colour and sharpness is poor and they took it upon themselves to crop the pictures. I wouldn’t use this service again.

Missing Prints and Zero Communication!
Re: asda-photo.co.uk. Paid for 2x camera films to be developed. Received prints back from one film but not the other. Emailed and received no response. Emailed a second time and was told my prints had been dispatched a couple of days beforehand (mid December). Never received those prints. Sent another email with, again, no response. Very doubtful I will be receiving these prints or my money back, will not use again.

Poor quality control
I used Asda Photo for 6x4 prints as the price offered is very competitive for large quantities. Over 100 came back with a 3mm white border down the left edge and were returned to their Freepost address. The relevant amount was refunded. After discussion with Customer Service by email I then gave them a second chance with a similar big order only to find exactly the same problem affecting some of the prints and every one suffering from a vertical hairline at 81mm on the horizontal axis. I returned the whole order and was refunded. So in summary while the price is good, the quality control is sadly lacking and I have taken my business elsewhere.

Vacuum cleaner purchased last June
Vacuum cleaner purchased last June, stopped working.
Did not have receipt of purchase, did have debit card details. Returned item to store. Store not able to trace sale immediately, called 2 hours later, asked for card details and amount of purchases made. Called back 5 mins. later offered replacement item or full refund. Same item out of stock in all local stores, chose cheaper cleaner and was refunded price difference.
DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COULD HAVE DEALT WITH THIS ANY BETTER.

Photo printing circus run by clowns.
Save yourself time and money by avoiding this service. Not only did they send me a photo incorrectly cropped with a faulty frame, when I contacted them for a replacement or refund they sent me the exact same thing again. Now I have to send two of them back to an address my local post offices will not accept. The situation is ongoing and I am doubtful that I will get my money back. Garbage. Avoid.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I ordered a framed photo from ASDA Photo in November. When it arrived, the photo (which was of a penguin) had been zoomed in on so that part if the head of the penguin and part of the tail were cut off. I returned the photo and obtained a refund. All sounds not so bad til then. I then re-ordered the framed photo (as I was advised to do) using a photo which I did not edit so that no zooming was required at all. When this order arrived it to had been zoomed in and so again part of the penguin's tail was cut off. I then returned the the item. ASDA Photo are saying that as I have no proof of return they cannot refund me for the order notwithstanding that I did exactly as I was told which was to mark the package as Asda Photo Freepost and hand it over at the Post Office. I was never told to get a receipt and nor was one ever offered to me. Shocking customer service - other than standard automatic email responses no actual response has ever been received to my emails. That was two months ago. Gives ASDA itself a bad name but their own customer service say that there is nothing that they can do about it and will take no responsibility for the shocking service that ASDA Photo provide. Last time I will ever use ASDA for anything.
